Had service rep come to our 3 story town house and was quoted approx 800$ as he told us we hardly had anything (we were not even packed at this point). Moving day came, movers themselves were hard working, took requires breaks. Ended up taking double the amount of time and therefore was stuck with a bill double that of the quote I was given!!!! When my husband called to speak with Emil, no action was taken to remedy the situation. Stated we had more stuff then initially thought and we were required to pay the set amount. Needs someone who knows how to quote properly, otherwise this is burloak movers way of suckering people into signing with them!
In addition, one of the movers who gave us the bill at the end of the day said this Always happens!
