Metro Contract Management

Laura, Jamie and the entire crew from Metro Contract Management did an excellent job on the remediation of asbestos that was discovered during our renovations. We discovered asbestos mid-renovations when a second set of tests for the popcorn ceiling came back positive (first test was negative, hence we proceeded) along with asbestos in the linoleum floor. Fortunately, this was discovered very early in the process with minimal exposure. Jamie came by our house to investigate within two hours on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to have the crew start work 2 days later on Monday. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable about all the rules and regulations in Ontario relating to asbestos and walked us through the process. Metro was very understanding with their pricing and worked with us to give us the fairest price possible. They even took care of several demolition activities like removing kitchen cabinets etc at minimal charge. When we weren't satisfied with the application of bridging mastic on ceilings - Laura reached out in person and had a crew rectify the issue to our satisfaction. Working with Metro minimized the stress of discovering asbestos in our house. I highly recommend Metro for any asbestos-abatement related work.
