Avoid this company like the plague. He was hired to build an addition to our house and in the beginning things went well. He brought his crew and began digging for the foundations. The problems started when he brought in a 'helper' who projected himself as a foreman. He was onsite all the time and we dealt with him a lot. The person we hired, Robert Sheen, was nice but he failed to take control of the situation and he and his 'foreman' began to fight and argue. The basement was built but as we found out later the floor was no where near level. In the end he demanded money beyond the agreed schedule and we felt that he was not honest. He quit and we hired a forensic auditor to come and look at the house to see what needed to be done and he uncovered thousands of dollars in mistakes we had to fix. No joist hanger had more than 2 nails in it and even those were the wrong nails. The roof was not put on square, we had to add extra footings to support the roof or tear it off and start over...the list is endless.
In the end, he was in over his head and tried to cover up his mistakes. We are glad he's gone, if he had 'finished' the job we would have been out more money and perhaps even had our roof collapse on us!

- Leave the country. They are totally incompetent.

- Have a checkpoint at each stage where you bring in someone independent to check the progress and only then pay.

I don't understand why you lying on web. who was your architect? your brother in law was your architect. You ignored our opinions and your brother in law failed to get roof permission again again and again.
If you listened our opinions at that time, we could finished the project more simply without any damage. You ruined all the construction schedule and never kept payment schedule also. Have you ever imagined how much money did we lose on that project? but, we finished our job beautifully! even city inspector said Sheen did a great job and didn't do anything wrong. Don't write fake review anymore Mr. A! God watches over us!
