Going into this complete tear down and new build my husband I were extremely apprehensive about the entire process. You hear horror stories about contractors charging ridiculous amounts, not completing the project, asking for money prior to projects and never returning back to the site, etc... With all these concerns in our minds we definitely searched thoroughly for reputable builders in the area. We came across Leprevo Homes by his current projects in the area. He was the third builder we meet with and the last! David was supportive of our budget, knew exactly what we wanted for our house - design wise, innovative with the design and most importantly he was hands on - extremely involved in the entire process. He even extended his time and came design shopping with us. Oh, what would we have done without him?! All said and done we spent $450,000 and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Dave treated our build as if it was his own home and now we have our dream house. Thank you David for your expertise and service.

This is probably the only renovation we have done where we were as happy at the end or even happier with the builder than when we started. The work was carried out on schedule and Dave was in touch throughout the project to work through each stage. He made a number of suggestions in terms of materials, layout and small add-ons that really enhanced the original architectural design, the integration of the addition with the rest of our house and our enjoyment of the finished product. We were also very comfortable with all of the specialists who carried out the work and with the quality of the work they did.

David is a a superb builder. Not only is he a pleasure to work with, but he has extreme attention to detail. David helped us finish a very large project that was close to a new-build with some existing structure. We interviewed over a dozen builders and have used 2 that caused us much grief until we found Dave. It was a very complicated project, but he tackled the most difficult issues, such as structural, with poise and ease. With Dave's help, the end result was spectacular and to our great surprise, even far exceeded our expectations. His calm and comforting disposition is a result of a vast amount of technical knowledge, passion, excellent trades, and experience. He goes out of his way to ensure things are perfect without needing to be prompted. He is always eager to help! David took on our project as if it was his own home. He responds to requests and resolves problems in a very timely fashion. He has exceptional taste and vision for the end product and helped us through many design and structural issues from start to finish. We are planning to do another new build with Dave and look forward to working with him again.

Leprevo Homes was a almost too good to be true. For the amount of work, upgrades, changes with plans and customization of work that we required Dave Leprevo pulled through with quality workmanship and professionalism. Not only was he the lowest initial quote against the top three builders that we interviewed in the Bloor West Village area but he had a personal touch that no other builder could match. Believe me, we interviewed and assessed a lot of builders in the area. We even went as far as to look at custom home builders in the surrounding GTA such as Richmond hill, Markham and Toronto We were so impressed with his work, on time completion with the project, help with choosing colours and design ideas, commitment with his subcontractors, management of the the site and after job cleaning that we recommended him to our neighbours across the street and they ended up using him as well. Short of sounding too exaggerated we could not have asked for more. Great job Leprevo!

With our first baby on her way, we purchased our first house - a 50 yr bungalow in original cosmetic condition. Dave came through for us and we renovated the entire kitchen, main bath, resanded the hardwood floors, new interior doors and paint. His trades were reliable and the biggest relief was choosing a kitchen manufacturer that delivered our kitchen on time. Our project was completed in 6 weeks with some preplanning with Dave before we got possession. He was always on time and professional.
