Absolutely the best company we have dealt with for our entire reno. Right from the star everyone was very profeessional, curtious, and extremely hard working. There were a few days where the guys put in over 12 hour days just to help our family get back into our house and have working plumbing.
Their rates are on par with the other quality plumbers and we would say probably even a bit more affordable. Toronto drain and plumbing was about the seventh plumber we had had in to look at the mess we were dealing with and they were the only ones that made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. They completely put our minds at ease and took all the worry out of the plumbing for our new, old house.

Toronto Drain & Plumbing was one of the companies I contacted for installing the backwater valve in my house after reading the reviews on HomeStars. Slavic responded to my note immediately and fixed an appointment, finally completing the work in 2 days. He explained the entire process and the effectiveness of installing the valve and the alarm. The quoted price was reasonable. The entire installation was smooth and clean. He obtained the city permit and made arrangements for the inspection. His team completed the work the same day as the inspection was done. Slavic also provided the form for submitting the subsidy request to the City.

Slavic was quick to respond to my initial phone call and came quickly to do the estimate. He kept his promise of when the work would be done and called to confirm the day before he came. The crew was polite and although I thought "How is this mess going to look afterwards" - it was like they were never there. Site was cleaned up beautifully and we have had no leaks in the basement since. Slavic even snaked my laundry tub sink since I mentioned I had a problem there. We had a slight sinking of one corner, but Slavic came to inspect it and will be out to fill it in today. Great job!

Slavic came to our house for estimation, located the main drain line by using video camera the same day I called. He was professional and easy to deal with. He explained very clearly for the whole process. He also applied building permit and arranged City inspector’s visit. His crew came the next day and get the job done only by 2 days,and clean-up after the job was done. Slavic completed all the paperwork for us to submit to the City for subsidy. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I found Slavic and Toronto Drain & Plumbing on homestars. We are fully renovating our basement starting with internal waterproofing. Slavic and his crew were amazing. Very easy to deal with, fair prices, hard working and keeping everything clean. They waterproofed about 60ft of basement that required breaking open the concrete flooring, installed waterproofing and sump pump. They also installed 2 backwater valves. In addition, they roughed in a new downstairs laundry, upstairs laundry and kitchen plumbing and did some other plumbing cleanup.

We will be doing further work with them for a basement bathroom and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Slavic also arranged all the necessary permits and met with the inspector. Whenever i had questions, Slavic was easily reachable which is also a plus.

I received the rebate exactly in the time he estimated. The team showed up on time, completed work faster than quoted and left the site as clean as when they started.
