Got a quote from Mike for a new sidewalk to run beside the house along with some parging and tuck pointing.
While not the cheapest option, Mike definitely seemed the most professional and thorough of the contractors that I met.
For the most part, the work itself was excellent but there were a few minor issues. After a couple of conversations, we reached a good agreement. Mike is an honest and personable guy who wants to make sure you're happy with the job.
As they say, it's how mistakes are handled that matters.
Because of that, Mike will be the first person I call for future work and I will recommend him to friends & family.
