Zion construction management inc. has made my beautiful optical store at South Unionville Square few months ago. Even though it was not easy to proceed the project because the mall is brand new and everything is not settled down, they were doing their best. Mr. Youm also has many idears with smiling face.

I recently opened a cosmetic store in Pacific Mall in Markham. I hired Jay to buid and install display cabinetry for my shop and other works. He and his team worked beyond my expectation and finished my projcet on time for a grand opening day. He even helped me merchandising our products and install TV, camera and so on that wasn't on our original contract. I highly recomend him for any store set up and I will use him for my second location in the future. He is very skillful and knowledgeable on what he does.Thanks Jay and his team.

I purchased a home with an unfinished basement about a month ago and decided to hire a contractor to finish the basement before I move in. I obviously wanted someone who would do a great job, but I also needed someone who would complete the job on time. After several referrals and quotes I decided to go with Jay and his team. Jay is personable, trustworthy and hard working. He carefully prepared details of the work he would do and provided a very fair quote. Once hired, he began the job promptly and promised to finish the job by a certain date. Jay's team work on weekdays but if they fall behind schedule, they will work on the weekends to catch up. As promised they completed the work on time (in fact, they were two days early). After the work they cleaned up and took all the garbage away, leaving the brand new basement clean and bright. My wife, kids and I love our new basement. Jay and crew were a pleasure to work with and they did an amazing job. Not only did they do what they said they'd do, they went beyond and provided extra services that were not required. And they left a little housewarming gift and wished us well in our new home. We will definitely use him for all future contracting work, and I highly recommend him to all.
