They were quick and professional, and kept things very tidy. Patrick was knowledgeable and kept us in the loop as to the types of products available, recommending the best for the job. After all the recent hail storms, we were in need of new shingles. United Roofing was recommended by our insurance company. Patrick came over and appraised our roof. Sooner than we expected, the crew arrived and did a masterful job on our roof. We appreciated that they had a trailer to take away the old roof immediately instead of leaving a bin on the road for a week or more. The team was friendly and efficient. we have an older 4 plex and the roof was getting old also. Patrick came out and looked it over. instead of telling us we must replace, he mentioned that we could repair for a fraction of the cost and likely get 4-5 more years. he even made a separate trip to show me the repairs that they did. excellent service

My wife and I were impressed from the very beginning to the end of the project. Dan, Patrick and team were very professional throughout the process. They always responded promptly to my inquiries and were quick to respond to any concerns. Our glass patio table was scratched and they immediately offered to make up for it with gift certificates. I had also asked Dan to look at some siding on the house that had come loose which he did but was only able to do a temporary fix because that siding was no longer made. A few days later i got an email from Dan saying he had actually found a few strips of the siding in his travels and remembered our situation. It was a perfect match! He dropped by and installed it gratis. If that isn't going above and beyond for a customer, I don't know what is. Thanks guys.

Well orgnized, good house keeping every work day. started and finished the job as scheduled. Trash bin was picked up a week later than promised, but it's not a big concern. Good job guys.

Courteous workers, led by Matt, that were respectful of our property, safety around our kids, and did a great clean-up job. They were good about answering our questions and any concerns. I'd recommend United Roofing to anyone with a new or old home (ours is 1921).
