I researched the top companies at Homestars and cross referred them to the BBB. United was one of the top three. After some back and forth, I decided to go ahead with them, even though they weren`t the lowest price. The work went very quickly, was done well and the site was fully cleaned. Highly recommended.

United Roofing completed the full replacement of a flat roof structure for an award-winning west coast contemporary inner city residence. The job was completed beyond expectations. The entire project ran with the precision of a military operation. The crew was professional, diligent, extremely fast, contentious and polite. Bins, cranes, other contractors arrived swiftly and everyone worked as a finely choreographed team. Patrick was onsite daily and any issues or concerns were dealt with immediately. Communication and follow-up was exemplary. Three other contractors were contacted for initial bids and none proved to be close competitors. Lastly, pricing was extremely fair and the quote provided was more detailed and professional than the others. Highest recommendations.

United Roofing was selected to repair damage to my roof and eavestrough caused by hail.
I found them to be very professional and this was reflected in the excellence of the work when the job was completed.

I am very impressed by the quality of the roof that I just had installed on my house. I have a low slope house built 50 years ago with no insulation in the ceiling. The overall quality of the job is very high and the crew was professional from start to finish. The yard was cleaned up each day and all garbage was cleaned up daily.

I had many other quotes that suggested just replacement shingles and some flashing was all that was required. Patrick pointed out the benefit of adding insulation and using a better quality roofing system. My style of roof has no attic or insulation in the roof so any damage to the roof will show up on the ceiling inside the house. While this was more expensive that just shingles it became obvious when stripping the roof why cutting corners by putting shingles on a low slope roof can cause very expensive damage.

United Roofing was recommended to my by a friend. I've dealt with two other roofing companies on other jobs and this company is far superior to them. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who asks. I will definitely use them on my next roofing job.

United Roofing was awesome. Crew was friendly, fast and did quality work. We got the Malarkey Legacy product with high profile capping and I love the look. During a winter thaw, we had water leaking thru a fan vent. I called Daniel who happened to be in Jasper on a job. He took care of us from there and within a couple of hours a United staff was at our place. Turns out it wasn't a roofing issue, but a vent set-up problem. But I appreciated the prompt response and that they didn't charge us to come have a look.

The estimate was reasonable and they were able to start the job within a reasonable time frame. Work was good but it took some time to complete the last details. Overall we were happy with the work.
