Confusion over the time that the electrician was coming but when he got here he was very helpful. Could be more detailed on the fact that the booked time is a range, NOT a set time. I was told 9:45, not 9:45-10:45 which is what the electrician was told. The electrician was very kind, efficient and cleaned up after himself as well. The owner followed up with the service right away to ensure everything went well and I really liked that. He promptly addressed the confusion around the appointment time and was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. I would use Great Dane Electric again.
