Initial review was great. Knowledgeable, personable, thorough. Follow up review -- one cancellation, one no-show without a call. It's now a week past the first cancellation. Maybe someone died. But phone call to company got no response. HELP. How do we get our rebates if we can't get a second review? VERY VERY frustrating since I don't see another company out there. I am going to check around this week. Very unprofessional.
