Kitchen floors

We ordered new vinyl tiles for our kitchen & mud room. Under my washer , dryer , fridge & stove they laid them down crooked & left gaps over an inch. It's been a month & I am still waiting on repairs. Never again

Laying of new flooring in RV

We took our RV to United Floors to have the old flooring replaced with new fibre linoleum. They looked at our RV and told us that they would be able to install the new flooring and that they had done new installations on many RV's. After they installed the new flooring, the problems began. Whenever the slideout was pulled in, the flooring would rip and buckle. The cuts around the walls were uneven and filled in with silicone and there were bubbles everywhere under the flooring. Every time we took the RV back, we were told it wasn't their fault and they were going to try and fix it, but this was going to be the last time they would deal with it. We continued to have major issues with the flooring tearing and the owner of United Floors was extremely rude every time we called him to get a resolution to this problem. We finally took it to an RV dealer, where we were told that whoever had installed the flooring, they did not know what they were doing and they proceeded to fix the flooring properly at no cost to us. The owner of United Floors was very rude and made us feel that he was not responsible for the mess that he installed. Their customer service is horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone as you will have problems getting any help once you have paid your bill.

Carpet Installation

I hired the company to rip out old and install new. Their installer was great but it seemed there was a miscommunication between installer and the shop. They didn't ship enough material, were slow to fix problems and left their installers out to dry. They seemed to overbook, being late for appointments and their salesmen could not take ownership and only wanted to place blame on others. Getting new carpet should be exciting but this was a bad experience

$1,000.00
