He answered all our questions and pointed out potential issues with our heating system and recommended possible ways how to address them.

The cold arrived out of nowhere a few weeks back and so i went to turn on my heater and nothing happened. i tried every thing that i could to make the heat come on. Aire One technicians were here on time and in time to fix my problem and get the heat working. this company was a great pleasure to deal with from the receptionist to the service manager (Sean) to technician (Mike).

couple weeks ago, all the sudden my heat stopped working. So I call Aire one, they said they would come in my house to look at it about an hour. I was so surprised to see a technician show up my door less than 45 minutes from the time I called them. The technician said the reason it was not working because the inside had too much duct and it needs cleaning. Within half hour, everything was back to normal. He also advice me to change the filter more frequent, to avoid any similar matters happen in the future. I find them very honest, helpful and profession. I would call them again if I can any future assistance of my furnace.

last week we called aireone and booked an appointment for our furnace checkup or cleaning.
we spoke with Jason (service manager) who was very polite and friendly.
the service technician (Baltej) gave us a call 30 min before arriving to confirm and arrived on time.
the furnace cleaning was done thoroughly and neatly. Baltej was fine with us asking a lot of question while he was working. he explained the process clearly and looked like he took pride in his work. he also mentioned other services that aireone provided (like duct cleaning, humidifier and a/c tuneup). i appreciate the excellent customer care that i received from both Jason and Baltej and i will contact them for the other services as soon as i have a need for them.
i will also recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

Iman from aire one (Markham location) did our furnace tuneup. he was punctual, polite and professional. his honestly,thoroughness and thoughtfulness were duly noted. he was a great represent for aire one. i will ask for him again next time i wanted to do a service on my units.

i decided to replace the furnace and a/c system in my home. i got quotes from several companies. while aire one's quote was a bit higher than all of them, i was very impressed by the presentation made by their sales representative sam, as well as the reviews i found on the company.after a bit of price negotiation to get them closer to the other quotes, i decided the slight extra cost was worth it and i signed to go with aire one.
i was very pleased with my experience with aire one.

Aire one installed our new high efficiency furnace. jay the installer was awesome. he was on time,courteous,paid great attention to detail and did a very neat job. he explained every thing about the new furnace to us.
we are very happy with the work.
