Aire One (Aire One) Heating & Cooling

My friends recommended Carrier Furnace based on their experience in the past few years. When I contacted PJ, he responded to me very quickly, came to my house and explained different models, features and prices. He was very professional and patient, provided detailed information and answered all of my questions and concerns. My furnace and Air Conditioner were installed quickly the next day, I am satisfied with the service that Aire One provided, would like to recommend PJ to people who are looking for replacing their old furnace and air conditioner.

I had a gentleman by the name of PJ band come to my home and represent Aire one as the sales rep and I found him to be so informative , and very honest , which was very refreshing . He took his time had respect for my concerns and had a great ability to educate me . I has the installation done and the installers were extremely professional , polite and did a great job , cleaned up after themselves and were fast and efficient . Customer service was great as well . Overall had a great experience with this company. I highly recommend it.

I'd like to share a great experience I recently had in dealing with 'Aire One Heating and Air Conditioning'.
First and foremost, I must commend P.J. the gentleman who came to mine and my parents house to educate us and help pick the furnace that was right for us. My parents are senior citizens, and have had trouble with salesman in the past. P.J. was thorough in his explanations, extremely polite on the phone and in our house, and very accommodating.
After purchasing our furnace, we had it installed in only a couple of days. The install crew were very professional, quick, and clean.
I've already referred some family members and close friends, and thought it deserving enough that I extend my referral to the homestars community. These days, good customer service is hard to come by, so I'd like to give a big thank you to Aire One.

We had a new furnace and ac recently installed by Aireone mississuaga. The sales man was very patient explained everything to us from different types of furnaces and how the gas valves work to what he believed best suited our needs. Also gave us options on central ac units to. We felt very comfortable with him his name was PJ and we decided to purchase from Aire one.

We had Micheal the installer come with his helper to do the job. Micheal was outstanding, we felt he did pretty much majority of the work. at first we were hesitant, but he did a very neat clean installation for us and walked us through everything step by step. We were very impressed with the salesmans proffecianalism and the installers work.

I will diffintly recommend Aire one to anyone I know. Already have neighbours asking about my new units.

After reviewing the quality of all the pieces on the market, I can confidently say that Aire One in Mississauga offered a superior product. We had many competitors come by our house and pitch us their routine, but the units weren't comparable. Our salesperson PJ sold us a Grade A furnace and air conditioner. We were really weighing all the options and he was very helpful and patient with us. The whole team there was very responsive to any concerns and the customer service was exceptional from Day 1. My unit is running smoothly and I haven't looked back!

I appreciate their after service feedback, and show how much they care about their reputation. The discount they give me is small, but it means a lot. I was very dissatisfied the fact that they didn't info me how much is total cost for service and part before they perform it, but now at least, I found they could be trust at 1 point that they do have warranty which cover that part and labor fee if it go wrong again, that's probably a good reason to hire them for service next time. very expensive service, the part cost $25 -40 (single pole 30amp contactor) in parts store and they charged for $225. As you can see on the images, this is the little piece that cost me $225. The service guy put the part in to test, offer to remove the part if I don't want it, but I still have to pay for labour fee of $119 plus the inspection fee $49. So I really don't recommend this company to anyone if you are not under any warranty program.

We bought new Carrier infiniti series air conditioner and furnace from Aireone Heating and Cooling. The installation was done on 10 June 2014. The salesman PJ was excellent, he advised us on the best deal and most suitable equipment for our home. The installers came exactly on time. Dave an expert installer with over 40 years of experience was excellent, spent most of the day at our home, making sure everything was up and running 100 % as it should be. They removed all the old equipment and left the place clean and tidy. All the new equipment including the high tech new infiniti controller pad was explained to us very well. The Salesman, PJ , called us after the installation to confirm everything was to our satisfaction, he also is taking care of all the warranty registrations and rebates due to us. We are very satisfied with the service from sales to installation that AIreone has provided to us. Everything is running perfectly - thank you PJ and Dave!

Aireone installed our Furnace and A/C in 2007 and from that day to present through annual maintenance we have been very satisfied with the company, the equipment and service, the one time we had an issue they were very quick to address it. We specifically have our service done by Iman who does fantastic work, clean, thorough, offers tips and suggestions, etc. and genuinely cares about the customer and the equipment you invested in. To date another family member has also bought a full system from Aireone and also requests Iman with the same positive feedback.

AireOne has serviced our home's heating and air conditioning systems for many years. Whether a rare emergency call or the annual tune-up of both systems, their service technicians are knowledgable, on-time, and clean-working.

We have been very happy with our furnace and the regular service that Aire One provides. The servicemen always turn up when booked and leave the furnace room clean when they leave.
