Fast-O-Kill did an excellent job with the mice problem I was having however after about 12 and a half months the mice were back! I called Mohammad and requested that he honour his 1 year warranty and he agreed - he came back to the house for a second treatment at no additional cost. I believe this is rare in this business as any other pest control could have easily said that I am no longer under warranty but he definitely came through and completed the job. Thoroughly impressed.
