Williams and his team made our mudroom vision come to life and we couldn't be more thankful. What was once a small ineffective use of space has now turned into a more open and functional area. Got these fine folks to make us a bathroom vanity of a weird size. We had others make unsuccessful attempts and it just kept getting worse.
They delivered on time, professionally, and courteously. The owner and his wife run an amazing workplace for employees as well as customers. I want them to do my whole house now, but maybe later.

If you have a fireplace problem, William is the guy you want fixing the problem. He walked me through all the obvious technical issues before booking a service call. He got the model and did research prior to making a trip. Couldn't be happier with his service level and customer first attitude.

I went to three different fireplace install companies who never followed up with me and never called me back despite undertaking to do so. Premier Custom Millwork was the only company that actually came to me house, did an inspection and made me comfortable that the gas log fireplace would work nicely as a conversion from the existing wood burning fireplace. The installation team arrived on time, were efficient and friendly, taking the time to explain all the features of the fireplace. I am very pleased with the conversion. Williams conducted all the measurements for my kitchen, provided his designer recommendations, and helped me choose beautiful cabinet faces and pulls. The production time and pricing for this installation was extremely reasonable. His team member worked in my unit while I worked from home, and was professional and considerate of my schedule. My kitchen was not an easy one to work with, as it is old and uneven! When there was some fine tuning to be done at the end of the installation, Premiere came that very same week to correct the remaining issues. Now my cabinets look brand new, and my kitchen is refreshed and beautifully painted. I cannot be happier with my kitchen and I would recommend Premiere to anyone looking to redesign their kitchen. So we finally decided to upgrade our existing fireplace. It had been an eyesore since we moved in 12years ago, but just never got around to it. Enter Covid and suddenly we can no longer stand the sight of it. My husband and I called Williams and the rest is history. We now have a beautiful, elegant, magazine worthy fireplace that we love. From Williams to everyone we've come in contact with it has been a fantastic experience. In fact we are in the process of upgrading our closets in the principal room with Premiere.

Premier Millwork did a great job on my wall unit in my family room. It was essentially the same as what was on the drawing and what we envisioned. There was a slight hiccup on the shelving piece of the wall unit but they fixed it promptly without any issues. Thanks Williams.
