Premiere did an excellent job on our daughters bedroom wall unit! William is phenomenal and gave us his best advice. He is very honest and knows whats best for his customers. The installers were wonderful! They worked neatly and with precision. We are extremely happy! Thank you William.

Where to begin, Williams at Premier Custom Millwork did almost every room in my house, my white oak kitchen, my mudroom, my office, all the bathroom vanities, the built ins. The quality is amazing, the design, the way it all came together. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Some details I love are the wallpaper look at the back of the family room towers that is just a decotech material, the custom banquette we designed together, the drawer inserts, the LED strip lights, the way he worked with my other vendors to make the wine cellar perfect, everything!

We experienced water damage to our kitchen cabinetry as a result of drain backup in our Condo unit. It was not a big job and most cabinet makers were not interested or too busy with larger jobs to do the work. Williams responded quickly and positively and the repair/replacement was finished, and the new unit installed, within 1 week. The quality of the replacement drawer was excellent and, being of solid wood construction with dovetailed joints, is much stronger than the original drawer. Williams will definitely be the first person that I will call if I need new millwork in the future and I would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to renovate, remodel or design a new home.

Williams and his team did an amazing job. From the first meeting about design, up to the final touch ups, it was an easy and enjoyable process. The final product exceeded or expectations and we couldn't be happier. We would 100% refer Premiere to our friends and family. Thank you!

Williams was wonderful and I could not be happier with my mantle. I emailed my inspiration photo and they were quick to respond with a quote. Once I confirmed intent to move forward, an appointment was scheduled with Williams came to measure on site. He was kind and took the time to discuss some future projects as well. Installation was done within the timeframe they originally promised which was a pleasant surprise (we just finished building our home and this rarely happens). Highly recommend. I look forward to having them complete additional projects for us in the future.

Williams was great to work with and he was committed to making sure the work was done right. There were minor issues that occurred, as is expected in any renovation, but Williams sent his master carpenter to make sure the issue was resolved.

Where do I even begin? This was our third time using Williams and his team at Premier Custom Millwork & Fireplaces Ltd. to build and make our dream kitchen and closets a reality. Highly recommend Premiere if you have a job that needs completing. This was the last step of a multi-month renovation and Williams (and team) were excellent to work with. Williams answered all my questions and was very prompt when responding. He explained everything. The quality of the work is exceptional and has changed the look of my home forever.

We connected with Williams through our contractor P & P General Contractors when we decided to reno our 1990s kitchen in our 100 + year old Toronto Beaches home. Both teams worked very well together making the reno work and timing seamless.
We are very pleased with the excellent quality of the cabinets and the work of Williams and his team. We came to him with a design of the kitchen and cabinets but he worked with us to bring our basic concept to life. We were excited about our reno but were nervous about actually choosing cabinets as this is what pulls a kitchen together and makes it functional. Williams spent a lot of time with us envisioning and choosing the actual cabinets, handles and inserts which make a difference when actually using the kitchen. Williams pays attention to all the little details that we wouldnt think about and is very creative. He gave us great input which helped us create a cohesive and gorgeous new kitchen.
We have a small powder room- 3 ½ x 4 foot - adjacent to the kitchen which was also renovated. It was challenging to find a small sink cabinet to meet our needs and to replace the pedestal sink. Williams offered to make the cabinet and matching mirror which fits, suits the space and is gorgeous.
No reno is without challenges and some adjustments were required including adjusting the height of a pantry pullout drawer. These were handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Overall, our experience working with Williams was excellent. We love our cabinets and the look of our powder room. The feedback from friends and family has been fabulous. We would recommend Williams if you are looking for quality custom cabinetry.

I ordered a customized wall l unit from Premier Custom Millwork and Fireplaces after seeing their quality of work in a wall to wall bookcase and fireplace surround, installed at my brother-in-laws home. I sent Williams, the owner of Premier Millwork, a drawing of wall unit I wanted for my condo which was quite detailed as it included an intricate wall vent cover. William modified the drawing and manufactured a wall unit as beautifully as can be, giving attention to every detail and finishing with a high end product . The workmanship overall was of the highest quality and the vent cover was piece of art. It was true pleasure to interact with William, he is a true and jovial gentleman. His knowledge and understanding of technical issues and good taste and aesthetics contributed to a high end luxury customized unit at a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with the look and quality of the wall unit, and glad to have had the chance to work with Williams.
