Save On Spas

I purchased a hot tub which leaked shortly after. I have been calling to have this issue resolved and similar to other comments they do not respond. Customer service has been terrible. No response to phone calls or emails.

salesman norm was awful no follow up or direction reception was just awful no return phone calls .same with my salesman . the only good service was the men who delivered my hot tub would never deal with this company again just god awful service. at least the delivery guys were polite and had detail on what to do although they couldn't take my old spa to big for the truck which was part of the deal but they were pleasant at least thanks for that . save on spas is just a discusting company to deal with. thanks for nothing susan

Save on Spas Is the BEST!!!
We purchased our spa at the Alliston expo last fall (2013) and it was carefully delivered on May 6, 2014. (BTW the company that delivered the spas was most professional) The whole experience could not have been better. I must say that Mary and Norm have been most helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I can't believed how much we use the spa. I would recommend a spa and "Save On Spas" to everyone!

Purchased a Hot Tub from Save On Spas last June when they had a sale at an Arena on Kennedy Rd. in Brampton. After we signed the deal they did not answer or return phone calls. Wanted to get out of the deal after finding out their policies but they refused. Waited until 8:30 p.m for the installation company to show up after being assured one week prior that they would be there to connect the Hot Tub. Would never deal with them again!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Hot Tub from Save on Spas. The sales team was very well informed about the product and presented it in an easy to understand manner. Bought a swim spa last year in September, installed in October, enjoying every moment, Electicrity cost a little high, but it has been a mighty cold winter. Fun all year round, and the health benefits to many to list.

WE have been plannng to finish our back yard for sometime and the plan was to install a pool and hot tub. We had concerns about the cost of a pool and the chemicals in a hot tub. We ran into Dave and his team at the home show in Toronto and discovered the benefits of a swim spa. It allowed us the benefits of a pool without the hassles on opening and closing costs. The hydro bills and the chemicals of a hot tub. Dave and the team were very good at explaining this new technology to us. This new system that Dynasty has is amazing. There are no chemicals to speak of. The system works like a big water purifications system. The maintenance is dead simple, all I have to do is toss a bit of lithium in after each use just before closing it for the night and thats it. Once a week I rinse the filters and give it another shot. There is no chlorine smell, no chemical feel on your skin. My concern was the costs of electricity. Other family members have pools and the cost of hydro is unbelieveable. I just recieved our first hydro bill and was pleased to see it at about $1.70 per day to operate. This is excellent concidering it included the initial fill and heat up as well as us using it exsessively during the first couple of months. I except this cost to be lower next bill. This product I highly recommend, the craftmanshift is excellent and athetically pleasing as well.
Dave and the guys at save on Spas are great. They answered all my calls, and I called them a lot in the beginning. The unit was intimidating at first but they explained things simply gave me the confidence I needed.

They're very knowledgable, they were very patient with me and answered all my questions. I paid a great price for a top quality spa. The delivery guys were awesome, I received more help with the set up and operation than other companies were willing to do. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
