Save On Spas

Bought our swim spa in August of 2012 have had no problems at all and we love it. The staff has been real helpful with any questions we have had. Great spa, very energy efficient and super easy to maintain.

New spa installed and did not know why it was turning green. Submitted a service request and received instant call and follow ups to ensure that I understood the actions to take. Chad was amazing and resolved my issue in 24 hours!

My hot tub has been leaking for 6 months. Can you imagine my water bill? “Save on Spas” visited me 3 times, replaced some parts, charged me more than $500 but the leakage is still there. It takes more than a month before they even come. On all complains I hear just one answer: “We are very busy”. “Save on Spas” is unprofessional company and I would not recommend “Save on Spas” to anybody.

We purchased our Dynasty Leeward spa at the CNE in August. Save On has been fabulous. We were able to change the delivery date to a week prior with NO difficulties. The delivery was perfect, with staff calling ahead to tell us the time. Our sales rep told us to call when the tub was installed and then he walked us through the programming and required chemicals. That's service! We have been to the store twice to ask questions and every time we do, the staff go overboard to help us. The spa itself is a gem - family and friends all agree. If you are looking to buy a hot tub, we highly recommend Save On Spas

We purchased our hot tub from Save on Spas back in 2010 and happy to say we use our hot tub all 4 seasons. Looks brand new and is easy to maintain if you keep up weekly regiment. Worth every penny and enjoyed by family and friends.Staff is always helpful if I have any questions.

We purchased the Alliance model at a Kitchener Spa Expo in May 2014. We dealth with Chad W. and Dave R. I was very short on time when I arrived and they were very pleasant in dealing with me. I have been nothing but please with my Spa.

When I had an issue with one of my Air Caps not working properly I came into the store and dealt with Chad W. again and he replaced the cap immediately for me without any questions. I have been nothing but satisfied with the excellent product and service. MT

We got the hot tub at a local arena show. We were informed it would take 6-8 weeks with effort to cut the time down further if possible. It ended up taking over 10. After the extra wait, we have been very satisfied with the tub (the amount and power of the jets are impressive) and would recommend to everyone.

I can't complain about my dynasty spa. I have some experience in troubleshooting hot tubs so there were expected issues such as the fuse needing replacing. Overall it hasn't caused me any further troubles. Good product so far as it is a 3 year old hot tub! Great help from the sales rep at the store!
