Switch Studio

I have never written a review before but I feel compelled to do so. I won't get into the boring details, but believe me, this is one of the worst, if not the worst, customer service experiences that I have ever had. However, I blame myself for trusting a company whose CEO calls herself the Chief Enhancement Officer.

I’m very impressed with the wonderful service, first of all, got back to us immediately, answered all our questions and completed the service very quickly even though they were very busy. They did a beautiful job on our antique chairs, are as good as new and really comfortable!

We have a white leather sectional that we love. We also have a Bulldog that loves it too and so much that the white leather was not white anymore. As we didn't want to let the sectional go as it is so comfortable we decided to reupholster it. I did some research and found Switch Studio. They did such an amazing job reupholstering it with the spill resistant Kravet fabric that now we love our sectional more than ever. Thank you Staci!

Staci was fabulous! She was always quick to answer my emails and was patient with all of my questions. The chairs she reupholstered are gorgeous and she has a great eye for fabric colours and prints. She also made some great suggestions for the layout, design and colour scheme of our house. Thank you!

I called Switch Studio to inquire about putting new foam into the seat cushions of my 20 yr old leather recliners.
Staci called me back the same day and once I sent pictures of the cushions she gave me a fair quote.
Within 1 week the cushions were redone with new foam inserts and were back home on my chairs.
Great job, great customer service, great timeline. The chairs are so comfortable now.

From beginning to end, Switch Studio was great! Staci helped me pick the fabric and point me in the right direction. She provided such friendly and professional advice, it made the process so much easier. I am so happy with the work they did! I absolutely love my new chairs. My husband had inherited a chair and ottoman from his grandmother, who he had been very close to.

The pieces have great sentimental value and for those reasons we wanted to ensure they were refinished in a way that was befitting of his grandmother, and her particular style (who wore something with leopard .... EVERY day).

Working with Staci was a fantastic experience. She had wide selection of fabrics to choose from; and was able to make a great fabric recommendation that met our request aesthetically; and would also be able to stand up in a household with young children.

She was flexible to work with, and finished the project earlier than I expected. On top of that, the chair and ottoman look AMAZING. Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE comment on how great the pieces look.

I definitely look forward to working with Staci again in the future!

I had a wing back chair and a wooden arm chair seat cushion reupholstered and two throw cushions created. Staci very kindly and patiently sorted through hundreds of designer fabric samples with me until we found the perfect match. My formerly ragged chairs are now a fashionable, nicely upholstered highlight in my family room. The work was done in a timely and well organized manner.
