My Garage door was not opening and Greg from Alpha 1 was here first thing in the morning. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I had a new spring, pulling cable, and outside trolley release installed. He explained the repairs in detail and provided me with valuable maintenance advice. I will definitely call Alpha 1 for any future garage door repairs or installations. Highly recommend.
