The casement window lock broke on my window that is 10 years old. They were very prompt and helpful, sending the new part and instructions for how to repair it myself. I like my Vinylbilt Windows!

These windows were originally installed 20 years ago, when I noticed the windows were fogged this winter I got them on my to-do list to have them replaced in the spring. I called the company that originally installed them, they had changed hands and were of no help. I contacted Vinybilt and spoke with Maris who quickly found my me in their system. A couple of photos and measurements were sent to her and she ordered the windows to be replaced. In a couple of weeks they were ready and the installer came to replace them. The installer was respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves.

Great communication from Maris, I didn't need to chase anyone down to get this done.

I was looking for the spec on 15 Vinylbuilt windows installed 15 or 20 years ago and Maris the Service Tech went above and beyond trying to find the info I was looking for. Maris was always a pleasure to speak to and was very knowledgeble in the company product line. Our interactations were always very informative and enjoyable.

Vinylbuilt supplied replacement windows for our house last year. One of the glass panes developed a flaw. Vinylbuilt replaced the glass immediately without any hassle. Technician was very careful and efficient.

The initial contact member and the service team were very quick and efficient with the responses to my problem. Although the service installation has not yet taken place, i am sure it will be as good as the attention to my issue.

The installer that did our windows was very professional . Took off his shoes outside and gave an approximate time for the installation . Explained possible reasons for the seal to fail and also after asking if Id like to check the windows before he left . He also explained that if we were selling our house that the warranty can be transferred to the new owners . We appreciate the response and invoice payment through our e-mail contact . I received prompt and excellent service for a window lock replacement that was broken when the window was closed. The window and lock is of good quality and was broken due to misuse. The replacement lock was provided to me at no charge, which I fully expected to pay for. They are an excellent company to deal with.
