Norton and his team did a fabulous job with our move. They started the move early which was great as we were excited to get into our new home. The guys were polite, hard working and efficient. The transition from one house to the other could not have gone any smoother. No items were damaged or scratched. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

It was a very bitter day and our new house on the lake was freezing. We were hoping our furniture would be taken down the side of the house but the weather conditions would not allow that. Instead they took all our furniture down our inside newly glass rail staircases and we’re very successful. Door2 Door moved us from our 4 bedroom, 2 storey home to our 2 bedroom condo apartment. I had met the owner before through a realtor friend who highly recommended the company.
The recommendation was excellent, and the reality was belter than we had ever expected. The crew arrived on time, were careful to keep the move clean, and efficient, with no time wasted.
They did an excellent job moving us into the apartment.
We needed to move over 100 boxes to a storage unit, but decided (wisely) that doing this up and down stairs from our basement would be ill advised, so we called them back and they made short work of this task as well.
Moving is never easy to do - especially when downsizing - the preparation packing, and then unpacking are time consuming and exhausting.
Door2Door took over the other hard parts - the move out and then move in a virtual walk in the park.
We recommend them highly and when our daughter bought a house, we immediately advised her to use Door2Door, and as expected, they lived up to their excellent reputation.

Friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a great job moving us to our new home, but above their professionalism as movers, the entire crew was a pleasure to be around.

They came when they said they would, and did what they said they'd do. I wouldn't expect more than that, but I also had the privilege of interacting with some really exceptional people—they actually made me enjoy moving day.

We did our research and ended up choosing Door 2 Door partly because of an unbiased referral from a friend we trust but also because of Norton and his friendly personality. We accumulated a lot of household furniture and items over the years in our 3 bedroom home and needed to move it all with a company that we could trust. We have heard horror stories from friends and family so we were very cautious. Norton made us feel at ease and gave us the best quote for our massive move which required 2 trucks. Moving day came and we met the team who were great. Andy, the manager, is an awesome person who made the move seamless. The guys worked hard and continuous all day and night to get the job done. Sorry for the bedroom furniture that weighed a ton guys. :) Norton even came by to say “hi” and make sure we were doing ok. Over a month later, I am still unpacking. These days due to the horror stories you hear about some moving companies, its nice to know there are still honest and friendly and reliable movers out there. On time, on budget, great people. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
