I found Afshin through Homestar website and asked him for a resale condo inspection.
I had to waive the conditions within 3 days, so I was in a rush to find a qualified inspector. Afshin was very accommodating and adjusted his schedule for us on a very short notice. He arrived early for the inspection (which was very important as I had to make an arrangement with the current owner for the inspection).
Afshin was very through and took time to explain as the inspection progressed. Thanks to Afshin, I was able to identify various potential problems of the property I was going to purchase. I also received a very detailed notice afterwards, summarizing issues he found and possible solutions/ future actions in a timely manner.

In summary, I truly enjoyed the service by Afshin and would highly recommend him for anyone else!

He did PDI inspection for my new home which i bought recently from a builder. He professionally explained about Tarion warranty and PDI which i didn't know about it over the phone. He was on site earlier than appointment and complete the inspection in knowledgeable manor, he explained me all defects and then filled the warranty form for me. I had Afshin Eftekhari from New Trend Home for two different home inspections and I was completely satisfied with his service. I had a dated, non functional kitchen. I had a limited budget and really want to remodel my kitchen.
I shopped around in major home improvement stores but all were very expensive. I got some small companies to price me but their prices were very different. I really confused and helpless till a friend of mine recommended Afshin from New trend home to me.
