Mighty Movers

Moving is a stressful experience, and it is key to have the right mover to help the day go smoothly. The Mighty Movers is that mover. From my first email with Bill the owner, I felt that I was dealing with a company that had my best interest in mind. There are three things I look for in a mover: 1. Value - Bill's rates were better than any other mover we talked to. We have LOTS of books, and stairs in our new apartment. Bill made sure we had the right number of guys to get the job done as efficiently as possible. 2. Timeliness - The team arrived on time and were ready to work when they showed up. They packed our place in an efficient manner, and got us to our new apartment as scheduled. 3. Professionalism - Whether it was Bill or his team, I felt they cared about our move and our business. The movers were friendly and courteous, and Bill worked with me to set timelines, and followed up after the job to make sure we were satisfied. All in all, I would recommend Bill and his team for any move.

I had a last minute rubbish disposal and these guys were incredibly professional and friendly, arriving at my door within 20 minutes! They genuinely wanted to help me and I had a great experience. I will definitely recommend them and use their services in the future!

I do volunteer work with Little Bear Seniors and with several Missions in East Van. This time, I had elderly relatives needing a mover as some of our volunteers had to bail at the last minute. I had a schedule conflict and I also had to bail. I spoke with the owner of this company who is FULLY booked and he's doing his darnest to accommodate this move at a seniors rate. I can't comment on the move itself at the moment, but I CAN say that the customer service and attitude is amazing. Stay tuned and you'll see a review about the company/move. Happy weekend, all!

Two movers, Andrew and John promptly moved my belongings from Richmond to Vancouver without any breakage. Disassembled my antique bed and assembled it in my new residence. Moved heavy furniture to assigned rooms. I appreciated the customer service attention by receiving a phone call from the owner, Bill to inquire if everything went smoothly with the move. I would use The Mighty Movers again.

I have used the Mighty Movers several times to move my clients who I work with in social services. They are beyond helpful and patient with them. I've also used them for a personal move and was very pleased with their speed and efficency. Thye are fantastic.

Mighty movers beat all the quotes we originally got from all the other movers. They had three very hardworking men move over 70 boxes plus furniture to our place with no damages. They were very professional, timely, polite and genuinely good people. After a few hours when the job was taking longer than expected, Bill the owner got another two men on the job to finish on time so that we could spend the night at our rental. That itself sold me on their customer service. I later realized that one of my boxes where missing and when I called Bill, he responded immediately by sending his crew to check if it had ended up in the storage area...long story short they found what I was looking for. We are moving back into our house in six month and we will for sure be using this company due to their hard work and honesty. Thanks Bill and the crew at mighty movers. See you soon

These guys are great! They were on time, price was as dead on as they estimated and very fair. Their team was very well mannered and exemplified professionalism. They were very careful with our stuff and no damage at all. The owner Bill, followed up with me minutes after my emails and made sure all my questions were answered. I recommend these guys for any move and I would happily use them again. Well done guys!!

Mighty movers were friendly, efficient, clean and did a very good job...didn't waste time, were very careful with my belongings, would book them again and recommend them in the future definately!

We moved last week from north Vancouver to West Vancuver, which is a 10 minute drive. It took them 6 hours from start to finish for a 1 bedroom apartment. They were unprepared, disorganized and at times lazy. I would never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. I was quoted for 2 movers, but when they showed up they immediately called the third guy, saying it was too much stuff for just two people. Very disappointed in their service.
