I wrote a negative review of this company here after a job is very unsatisfied with and KC called me within hours to fix everything. I think most of the problems are related to the tech he sent to do the job. I'll edit the review further once the job is complete.

You noticed I was on the phone with you right away and made arrangements to come over quickly at your convenience and had all the issues rectified at a highly discounted rate so that I can make you happy and satisfied, which you stated I managed to. I hired this company based on the homestars reviews to do a number of odd jobs around my house. I spoke to KC soon after I requested a quote over the phone. The major things I wanted done was to create a locking door over my laundry chute opening to prevent my small child from getting into it one day. KC claimed that he prioritized these types of jobs when child safety is involved so we arranged to have the job done in a few days. I also needed a door handle replaced that was sticking sometimes getting us locked out of our garage.

He sent someone that he contracts work out to who had really had no idea what the job was. He was completely unprepared to create the door and was only able to complete half of the things I wanted done. After 6 hours, I was charged $420 and the two main jobs I needed done were not done because he wasn't able to fix the back door and had no clue how to create a locking door on the chute.

I would have expected some follow up from KC considering the jobs weren't complete and there was none. To top it off, this guy gave me his card and asked that I call him directly next time because he would charge me less! Great company.
