Rainforest was just super helpful and nice. We were a bit of mess to start with but they were kind and careful with all of our stuff. Their lead and us ended up having a lot in common and was just a great team to work with. We also got plastic boxes from them, I find they are a bit smaller than other boxes we've used. But they were so helpful. Would recommend!

We had Rainforest move us from Port Coquitlam to Sidney on Vancouver Island. They came and quickly packed the truck to overflowing since we had really underestimated the amount of stuff we had. All turned out fine though and the next morning all our belongings were delivered in good condition to our new house.

The best experience. With moving being one of the most stressful things to go through, especially to a new city and during a pandemic, James and his staff were tremendous. From the time James responded (almost immediately) to my email to the furniture arriving without a scratch after being in storage for 9 days things couldn't have gone better. The movers were professional, friendly courteous and respectful...we were so pleased the same 3 were there to move us in. The estimate was very reasonable and accurate ... Got more than our monies worth..... excellent in every way.

We had a big move in Richmond in August 2019 and James came over to provide a realistic estimate. We had insisted on a clean one-trip move and, thus, provided with two trucks and 4 great guys: Shaun, Gavin, Mike, and Rory. We just had so much stuff and the guys were working hard and steady the entire day. James had given us a heads up on a potentially challenging furniture piece that would be problematic to move, and it was just that – it was heavy and dangerous to move (though the guys tried) but finally had to be dis-assembled. We recognized the re-assembly would not be quite the same, however, they did a fine job! We're glad we were given the heads up on it. The guys also understood the toxic neighborhood we were moving out from and respected our wish that they not speak to anyone. However, one of the neighbors came into our house and climbed upstairs uninvited while we were not around. The guys politely ushered her back out on our behalf recognizing the intrusion and making it clear that she was trespassing. Very much appreciated! Overall, a great crew and we would have no hesitation in recommending Rainforest Moving.

The two movers were friendly and got the job done quick. Furniture was packed well and nothing arrived damaged. Would recommend Rainforest for anyone looking for an affordable and efficient moving company.

On a heavy snow day, they arrived 10 minutes early. They laid carpets and blankets in my house to avoid getting the floors or carpets wet/dirty. They were efficient. They carefully wrapped everything to avoid damage. They were polite and pleasant. Full marks from me!
