Jim and his helper Gary are good! I had a leaky shower and I tried to fix it myself, tried re-caulking the floor and applied some mansonary sealer, wasted time and money and it still leaks!
Frustrated I looked around, and stumbled upon Jim, based on the review I called him right away!
He came by the same day with Gary, very courteous. Taken care not to spoil the floor, even though I really don't mind, it is very appreciated.
You can tell he is very experienced, this is very important fixing issues like this, if he had experience fixing such problems before, that will be a time and money saver for you!
It turned out to be a faulty shower faucet, bear in mind this is not something a layman can figure out. My shower drain is all right, the floor is also good, you find nothing wrong by only turning on the faucet, it only leaks when I showers! So Jim did a test a right way, he spotted the problem almost immdiately, there is a stream of water running down the middle of the faucet, I could not find it myself! He took it off, and there he found a loosened rubber washer off the faucet.
Jim bought brand new faucet set, and replaced the whole thing, I did some test myself and it is holding up!

I would recommend people not to try to DIY on plumbing project, especially when it is on your 2nd floor, it is very risky and it can prove very expensive in the long run for you!
