Work in the home was completed beautifully and thoughtfully. Damian is very meticulous when it come to details. Highly skilled, completely trustworthy, and honest. They accommodated my needs and requests with short notice to help me with some repairs needing done around the home before hosting a large family event. Despite the size of the job, it did not hinder the quality of work they provided. Main floor reno

Floor Laying & Refinishing review in Scarborough

As new homeowner and this being our first home renovation experience, Damian from Lindsay contracting made the whole experience less stressful and overwhelming. He set up an appointment and took the time to walk through our home and listen to our ideas and also gave us his professional opinions on what he felt was necessary and in some cases not necessary to renovate. We wanted to update our main living space and make it our own. The finished project was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to make our ideas a reality. I would use Lindsay contracting again and would recommend them to anyone looking.

Bathroom Project

Bathroom Renovation review in Toronto

I worked with Lindsay Contracting and the entire team was very professional and helped me each step of the way to achieve my dream bathroom. Damian was patient and more than happy to work with me as I went through several design iterations and made sure I was 100% happy before moving on to the next step. Once during the construction phase, Damian did a great job keeping the project on track. He was great with communicating during the project and always willing to answer questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend Lindsay Contacting and would consider using them for other remodeling projects in the future!

Bathroom Renovation

Bathroom Renovation review in Ajax

When we decided to renovate our bathroom, Lindsay Contracting was recommended to us by a friend. From the initial phone call Damien was the consummate professional. When we contacted his references, they all said that you can't go wrong with Damian and to book before he becomes too busy. Damien answered all of our questions/concerns with ease and in a manner that we understood, even when we asked the question again later!
Nothing was left to chance with respect to his contract. Every detail and cost was listed and knowing that we had a fixed budget, Damien was able to reduce our costs if we were willing to invest some sweat equity (painting, insulating).
His crew was outstanding and treated our house like it was theirs. Everything was protected and the worksite was cleaned up extensively every day. Dust was kept to a minimum as much as possible.
A big shout out to Martin as he always provided a smile and laughter and tips of the trade each day.
Even when our project was put on hold due to our family catching Covid (not due to Damien), he was able to reset the schedule once we had cleared quarantine.
Even 6 months after the renovation was completed, Damien checks in to make sure there are no issues.

Repair work

Appliance Repair review in Mississauga

Needed some work done throughout my basement which entailed patching holes from electrical work that was completed previously, painting and some trim work. Damian gave us a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. I was incredibly impressed with how efficient and effortlessly Damian had his workers came in and work through the many challenges that arose along the way. Needless to say the final product exceeded my expectations and would recommend Damian for your next project.
