For over a year we didn't know what to do for our windows, we wanted to keep the natural light but we also needed privacy. We also didn't like blinds, and needed something else that would fit onto the tiny space of our kitchen walkout. Luckily Sara came up with amazing solutions within the first hour of her first visit and she was also capable of ensuring anything you have a picture of became reality. Everything she suggested was in a style we liked and the fabrics we chose are divine. More importantly, everything was installed quickly and with minimal disruption to our schedule. She also included a cute pillow for our cat!

I got custom draperies in my living and dining room by Model Space Designs. I was having trouble figuring out what to do with my oddly-shaped windows and how to complement my existing furniture. I thought that it would be too expensive to get custom draperies done but a friend of mine suggested Model Space Designs so I gave them a call. The service was great and I’m very pleased with the end result. And most importantly it was very affordable! I highly recommend them if you’re considering window coverings for your home.

I have been working with Sara from Model Space Designs to purchase custom window treatments for my entire home. Model Space Designs does beautiful drapes and Roman shades and has a great selection of products and fabrics. I was able to find everything I was looking for and Sara was very helpful in selecting the window treatments, colours and fabrics.

I had a small follow up project for Sara since she installed blinds and drapes throughout my condo, and the cushions and re-uphostering of my small ottoman was fanstastic. If you are looking for a good blinds that won't break your bank I recommend ModelSpaceDesigns. I lucked out going with this company as they did a fantastic job . They offered practical ideas for the kitchen and Bedrooms that I may have never thought of on my own. I was impressed by the care and thought put into the ideas. The service was outstanding . Wonderfull experience overall!

Sara gave me a very competitive quote on installing shutters for my patio doors. The shutters were ready on time and Mike did an excellent job installing them. I am very happy and will definately recommend Model Space Designs to others.

Put any doubts to rest. I can assure you , you will be in great hands with this company. Sabrina took the time to help me through the process of choosing drapes and blinds for my condo. I am loving the dual roller shades for the bedrooms that can be semi opaque and blackout the light when necessary. I had no idea there was a blind like this on the market and am thankful for her recommendation. My home is now complete and the drapes look excellent . I am working with Sabrina again , getting some pillows and an ottoman reupholstered .

I had a great experience with Model Space Designs from start to finish. They offered really great advise to enhance the windows in our penthouse condo. We are surrounded by ceiling to floor glass . We are very pleased with the result. We took the designers advise in choosing the sheer fabric that was recommended as well as the proposed hanging style. Glad we did because the fabric hangs beautifully and the ripple fold system that was introduced to us operates so smoothly. You would have to see it to believe it ! I was amazed at the level of service and care this company had put into my project. Sara had fresh ideas and she found the perfect fabric for my Living room. The workmanship was fantastic from the pleats and stitching down to the good quality lining. The installer was a master at what he did and everything came out so lovely. If I will need any more window coverings if I know who to call!
