We contacted Jerome at Erin Mills Roofing after a long and frustrating search to find a permanent solution to persistent wildlife issues in our soffit. We had received other quotes from other companies indicating repair/replacement of fascia. Jerome patiently explained the nature of the damage, and indicated there was NO reason to replace / repair fascia. Based on his honest assessment and billing, we paid $200 to complete work that other companies had provided inflated quotes at up to $830!!
The very kind, understanding, patient and professional Jerome visited our home, assessed the issue and proposed a workable solution - all before we had a face-to-face-meeting!!
After the wildlife made another entry accessed by an area outside of our property, we immediately contacted Jerome to help us with this new breach. Jerome again did a great job of securing this new area, and gave us a permanent and humane approach in sealing that area to prevent any further animal entry. We look forward to spending winter in our home without hearing the unwelcome pattering of little feet in our attic.
