Repair crack and fix loose shingle

I recently moved and called Jerome from Erin Mills Roofing to seal a crack that I had noticed along my exterior bricks beside a second floor window.
Although he normally does not perform this type of repair he agreed to seal the crack and also repair a loose shingle on my roof.
He provided an honest and very reasonable quote. Also he answered all my questions and provided excellent advice and service for a fantastic low price.
