With the lock down, no travel and staycations we decided to fix up the outside of our house. Alex was great at working with us to determine our options for fixing up our garage, expanding our driveway, adding a wooden fence, a retaining wall, a couple of garden walls, a deck extension, electrical and a front porch. He and his sons worked with the trades, they were great at communicating when things would be happening, they were courteous, and reasonably priced. Look no further if you want to work with a great company.

Couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and service. Jason kept us abreast of timelines and personally checked in several times during the process. Grand Building and Contracting treated us honestly and respectfully every step of the way. We truly felt like our job mattered to them. Every question we had was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Definitely will use them again!!!

Our porch had original Latham plaster that was falling down from the overhang and needed a serious upgrade! Alex and Jason were responsive and friendly and gave us some great suggestions to work within our budget. The old plaster was pulled down and replaced with tongue and groove cedar and they stripped and re-painted the overhang and cedar shakes that were also looking rough. Now it looks like a new porch!! We are very happy and would love to work with them again. Highly recommend!

Smooth and painless. Adam was terrific to work with. Ben and others were super nice and incredibly fast and skilled - all the work was top quality. During Covid I was not interested in going out shopping for materials so Adam just sent me options via email to select from. So much simpler than my last reno! Very happy with the results.

A burst pipe in the basement turned into a major renovation. Our front porch needed to be removed and rebuilt, and the basement floor ended up needing to be completely replaced. The team at Grand Building stuck with us through it all, completed the job and the final results are beautiful.
