It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jason on redoing my porch. He had been there every step of the way and resolved all issue and concerns I had. I have dealt with many contractors on various types of projects and Jason was one of the best I have worked with. His guys were quick, clean, and very professional. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and would definitely recommend them.

I brought on Adam to do a full gut renovation of my master bathroom based on high end designer plans. Grand did a great job paying attention to details and sticking to timelines. He knew where things could be cut back, and where the designer's plans needed to be adhered to regardless of time and cost. I would gladly recommend him.

When we bought this house we knew it needed lots of renovations and caring. It was in a decent living condition but outdated from top to bottom.
We decided to do it in phases to make renovation more manageable , being the main floor, kitchen -living room area, the most challenging due to budget and life disruption issues.
We wanted this main floor renovation to be ideally completed around the spring-summer 2022 season.
After talking to various contractors and evaluating some quotes we selected Grand Building And Contracting Ltd. ,having Adam as our PM.

We have to say he immediately knew the type of renovation we wanted and showed us options with plus and minuses included.
He was transparent from beginning to end, very communicative and committed to complete the project in time without compromising quality. His team was amazing, always on time, well coordinated and very professional.
They cleaned and vacuumed at the end of every working day leaving the house ready for the next morning work. They used high quality products to make our kitchen nice and modern.
Adam suggested some places we could select tiles and kitchen cabinets. He also bought lighting features and sink for us to make our life a lot easier.
We requested small changes and additions during the project and they were all addressed and completed in time. Thank you Adam for being understanding, flexible and open to changes.
The initial project timeline was 8 weeks however we had some delay In the delivery of the kitchen cabinets and the completion time was extended to 10 weeks.
We have to say Adam and his team did an amazing job. We were very lucky to find them , we are grateful of their hard work and happy we are enjoying a nice, functional, modern kitchen-living room-dining room area.

Can I just begin saying I absolutely love the new look of my house! I recently completed interlocking and re-did my porch. Grand Building and contracting did an amazing job. Alex and Adam made sure everything was done without any issues. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, professional and was always there anytime I had questions. The quality of work was top notch. Miguel, Jose and the team were very professional, super efficient and paid so much attention to detail. They went above and beyond and everything was done in a timely manner. There were no issues. The company made sure the front of my house was clean after the job was done everyday. I didnt think a job could come out perfect, but it did! Overall, I am extremely happy with the outcome and I cant stop staring at the front of my home. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. I would definitely recommend.

Our plans evolved into a much larger project than originally planned but Jason and his team built exactly what we envisioned. Their flexibility and transparency throughout the project showed that they cared and valued our business. The craftsmanship and quality of work was excellent - we highly recommend.

Over the past 3 years, Grand Building has managed several projects for me: backyard fencing, stonework and landscaping; kitchen, laundry room and powder room reno; verandah reno and front yard landscaping; back deck rebuild and wood siding.
All have been completed within a suitable time frame and very successfully. My vision for the work is carried out faithfully, and Jason's suggestions have been very helpful. The few flaws which inevitably come to light after such major projects have been completed are always cheerfully and competently corrected.
The men working on the projects are always co-operative and a pleasure to deal with, and the job site is left neat at the end of each day to ease the disruption inevitably resulting from any renovation.
I'm delighted with the way these projects have been handled, and will certainly be using Grand Building's services for future home improvements.
