Bill O'brien Plumbing

Bill did a wonderful job on a very tricky sink that had been dripping. It was a very small space and many issues with pipes getting in the way. Bill didn't give up till it was all sorted. Looks great! I would highly recommend Bill and will call him in the future for any plumbing issues.

We just moved into a great old home with lots of small needs. One of those needs/issues is that the only bathtub in the house had a faucet that leaked badly, making the tub unusable. We had 2 plumbers come out and take a look and were told it would be thousands of dollars to fix it due to the type of faucet and tub system.

Then I reached out to O’Brien plumbing to come take a look. Upon inspection the owner said he would trouble shoot the problem until it was fixed. He was honest, sincere and probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He came to the house 3 times to figure out a solution, always bringing a new thing to try. Today he fixed it with a smile on his face and charged a very reasonable fee for the whole thing. If you are looking for an honest and creative plumber, this is your company.

I have used Bill many times over the years, and he does not disappoint. My kitchen faucet started leaking last night and Bill was here this morning and replaced the faucet and problem is solved.

I had been given Bills number through referral and was quite happy with the work he did. He arrived on time and got the job done in roughly the same time he said he would. He needed to put some plumbing into a wall for me as it was outside of the wall. He left the area tidy and I am so happy with the work! Highly recommend him!

The water in the shower had low water pressure and also my dish washing machine was not draining properly.
Bill was there within the week and got everything working. He was friendly and very professional.

I asked Bill to replace at toilet at my Mom's house. Instead of replacing the toilet he declared it repairable and did it that day. He also repaired her upstairs toilet same day. My Mom was so happy to not have the expense of a new toilet!! She so appreciated Bill's honesty and great workmanship!!!

I had a business card on my fridge for many years for a plumber, thinking to keep it just in case. That time came! One of the rubber pipes in my bathroom had sprung a leak during the night. I had to shut the main water valve. Called O'Brien Plumping, left a voice mail and he called me back in a couple of minutes. Gave him the story and within a half hour he was knocking on my door to install shut off valves (so that I could have water) and assess the situation. He said that once I got a new faucet to call him and he'd be over to finish the job. Called him and once again he was here within a half hour and did a great job! Thank you for your quick response and care! It was greatly appreciated.

Wow! Bill did an amazing job in my nearly century home. I had a blocked kitchen drain that took some hard work at unplugging and needed a new laundry tub installed (complete with new plumbing pipes, tub and fixtures) This work also involved breaking the floor to be able to work into the line - not an easy task! Bill did a great job!

Great service. Bill went the extra mile to ensure everything fitted properly. Very pleasant and arrived on time. Would recommend and will use again if I have any other plumbing jobs.

Bill recently came out to our house and sorted out a bad connection made by someone else in our kitchen and also modified some plumbing in our bathroom
