Many nails in mt 4 inch eaves were loose and water was leaking. I called several places and made no progress. For example. one company quoted $400 to repair a section where the nails were loose, and then when they came, they upped the estimate to $900. Maple provided a comprehensive quote that included a whole house estimate of $440 plus tax. I thought that was an excellent quote and I agreed to the whole house project. Two young guys arrived and did the whole house in a short period of time. The young fellows were very professional and friendly and also cleaned up after themselves. for reference, my house is a two story dwelling of 2500 sq ft, with an attached garage. I strongly recommend Maple for honest quotes and excellent work.
