I have worked with Riz on a number of projects over the years and have always been satisfied with his service and products.
As a professional it is important to me that I work with tradespeople and sales reps who are reliable, honest and knowledgable. Riz and his team are all three, and I look forward to working on many future projects with them.

After getting estimates from other caulking companies in the area, Quality Caulking appeared to be the best priced (with extremely good customer service). When I called to get an estimate, Brandon from Quality Caulking personally came to my house to look at the job. He was incredibly informative and explained the process that he used to price the job so that it would be as low costing as possible with the highest quality.

My house backs onto a ravine and so with the humidity and without good caulking on the windows, the house often got extremely damp (we used to run the dehumidifier almost daily!). Brandon got the windows and doors done efficiently and it has kept the dampness from the ravine out of my house! The dehumidifier has not needed to be used and we are saving money on the bills, thanks to a quality caulking job! Thank you!

Brandon from Quality Caulking came out to give an estimate on replacing the caulking on our 12 year old house. The old caulking was cracked and the windows were very drafty inside the house. His estimate included caulking all windows, doors, popes, and penetrations as well as cutting out some caulking around the back doors where the previous caulkers made a mess.

We couldn't believe the final outcome! Our white windows look brand new (our neighbours even asked if we had gotten new windows!) and is even warrentied for 20 years!

Overall, we would recommend Quality Caulking to anyone in need of caulking. His price was the most fair of any other company and the caulking that they did was top of the line, straight and smooth!

I heard about Quality Caulking from a neighbour and knew that I needed to have the caulking around the windows of my house redone before the winter. An employee from Quality Caulking responded to my email with speed and came to give an estimate of the house within 3 days. Since I do not know much about caulking, it was very helpful that he explained what he would be doing and how it would help keep the heat in my home during the colder months.
