Purchased toilets, vanities, bathtubs and fixtures for multiple bathroom renos in 2011 and again in 2012. Experienced very competitive pricing, knowledgeable and friendly staff and quick arrival of purchased items. Staff appear to have good relationship with suppliers (quick answers to inquiries). I just go my kitchen done by bath city ,very happy with there work and quality of there job ,honest and on timing very good to know them friendly staff %100 recomand them to any one wants to get the kitchen done .Thanks very much Matt .

I had a similar experience as Jenny D. I bought a vanity/counter from Bath City. They provided the wrong counter - it didn't accomodate the faucet I bought (which it should have based on my order). Counter was installed by contractor while we were out of town so we were unaware of the problem until after the counter was installed. Bath City was unapologetic, defensive and blamed me for not opening the box immediately (apparently it is too much to ask to assume they gave me the product I ordered and paid for and it is the obligation of the customer to ensure that they do their job) and our contractor (apparently he was supposed to read minds to know that what was in the box was not what we ordered). Their solution was to rip apart the counter/vanity that was already installed notwithstanding that this would have damaged the vanity. They refused to even consider any other solution. Ultimately their solution was to hang up the phone. I would not advise that you purchase from this store if you have any interest in receiving the product you pay for or receiving any level of professional service.

Just renovated our bathroom and couldnot be happier. Excellent service, fair prices and great ideas. We were able to get all of our purchases quickly so that our contractor could install on schedule. They were helpful with special requests. They gave us lots of choice in our budget. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed.

Purchased a toilet from sales person who was only too happy to sell it to us and we brought it home. Went to install it and it turns out the installation is a bit different from conventional. No one mentioned this in the store and no instructions in the box either. Called the store regarding 1) no instructions in box (which appeared to have been opened previously) and 2) unconventional installation was not appropriate for the replacement we were attempting. Response from Bath City was defensive and put the blame on us (we were apparently the only people ever to be unable to install a Toto toilet without the instructions.) Of course no returns on toilets if the box is open. If they had been just a little committed to helping us find a solution - like run some instructions down to us - we would have felt better about it. They lost a customer and we have 2 1/2 bathrooms to completely redo!
