We had a horrible experience. Do not hire these guys (Amin and his son). They broke our brand new oven door and refused to take accountability. The door hinge is bent and there is damage to the interior. This prevents the door from closing properly. Before even understanding the issue, Amin denied any responsibility. He refuses to provide replacement parts or to even return to take a look.

Arman promptly solved the problem with my unbalanced washing machine. Nice man, and reasonable cost.

Admin & Shayan from Newtech Appliance repair are simply the best. Over the years they have fix my washing machine, gas stove and most recently my dryer ! Their service is fast, efficient and extremely reasonable. We would never call anyone else.

The technicians were prompt and polite. They quickly identified the problems and began repairs. All went as planned and my dishwasher and dryer were running good as new!

I went to Home Stars and got an immediate referral to New Tech Appliance Repair.
Amir and his co workers came within a couple of hours. The checked out the washer and quickly determined the problem was an unhooked shock absorber. They confirmed that the springs were in good shape and there was no damage to the main bearing.
They tested the spin cycle and there was no more banging all done in about 1/2 hour for a fair price.

I only use NewTech for all my appliance repairs. I was able to prebook a Tuesday appt. on Sunday, which was great. NewTech is on time, thorough and I have full confidence with Newtech and my repairs, whether it's my fridge, washing machine or dishwasher. The diagnosis and repair is always quick. They are very efficient and I highly recommend NewTech!

We have called on Amin and his team to fix various things for us over the years, most recently our fridge in our garage.
