Mark did an excellent job fixing a crack in my basement wall. Went over everything very thoroughly so I would understand how the process worked. Would recommend if you are having water problems call AquaDry first!

We had water pouring in our basement and I called three different contractors and was told to expect the worst and it would be costly to fix. My friend had had a leak almost a year ago and had used AquaDry to fix it. When I told him about my leak he recommended Mark. I called him up and he did a great job. I've never seen a contractor clean up so well after a job. His price was great and he does excellent work. After being quoted extremely high prices from the previous three contractors we couldn't believe how reasonable Mark was willing to do the job. His knowledge alone was worth more than what we paid for the work. He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond our agreement. " June 26,2013 " is the date on my AquaDry Warranty and my basement has been dry as a bone since Mark did the repair.

Specifically, i had a crack running from the floor to the top of the foundation in the corner of the basement hiding behind the studs.

It took me some time to figure out where the leak really was. My window well drains were clogged and i had an aquarium in the adjacent window well...but that's another story. Once the window drains were fixed, the real problem we discovered. I had quotes for $10K+ to dig outside and waterproof the foundation in the corner.

Mark came by and was CONFIDENT he could fix it. he even told me that if it didn't work, he's gladly offer a refund and i could have the digging done.

As you can see from the date the work was done, he knew what he was talking about. The repair has held up perfectly.

I found Mark through a leaflet on 'leaky basement' I got in the flyers.

He came over and looked at wet basement wall and right away gave me quote. Then I called two other companies; one gave a quote much higher and other one significantly lower than what Mark had quoted, While I was still contemplating which one to pick, a few days later Mark gave me a follow up call, and that just did it. That showed me his interest in getting the job.
