Great experience from start to finish! The owners, Mark and Rod, came to the house to understand what we wanted done and we were very impressed with both of them. Mark and Rod checked in on the job frequently and were always available to answer questions and offer advice. The software program Builder Trend was a very useful tool. All subcontractors were skilled, respectful and did excellent work. Luke was amazing! The end product was 2 stunning new bathrooms that get many compliments.

Fraser Homes did a fantastic job on our condo kitchen renovation in the Spring of 2014. Mark and Rod Fraser and their site manager, Ryan Littlejohn, helped make the remodelling process go as smoothly as possible.

First, Mark and Rod visited us and itemized every single cost, budgeting each item that went into our renovation based on the renovation plans that they came up with. They use an online platform called BuilderTrend, where they could show 3D renderings of the new/remodelled space. They could also post messages for us to keep us up to date on the progress of our renovation, post change orders for approval and selection choices (with pictures), which really helped move the project along and keep communication lines open between us in case we had follow up questions about the work that was going on.

Mark and Rod dealt with our condo corporation to get our renovation approved, and the folks that work the concierge desk found them very easy to deal with. We never had any noise complaints, and we did massive renovations (moved walls, dropped ceilings, put in new cabinetry and plumbing, had new hardwood floors installed throughout the condo, new electrical, etc.). Fraser Homes were also very clean, which was important to us, as we essentially lived in our master bedroom throughout the renovation, which took about 4 months and was in the timeline we expected.

Fraser Homes did a great job of keeping the costs within budget, too. Mark took the time to work with us regarding back splash tile, hardwood floor and colour choices, and he steered us in the right direction, as we absolutely love our place now. And we get so many compliments from our friends when we entertain, too!

We would absolutely recommend Fraser Homes for anyone wishing to renovate their condo. The job went as seamlessly as anyone could expect for a major condo kitchen reno.

After renovating our basement, we decided to move on to the main floor. We did not want to rehire the previous company because in the end we had difficulties with the contractor so after interviewing several new companies, we chose Fraser Homes. The owners, Mark and Rod, came to the house to understand what we wanted done and we very impressed with both of them. They were professional, friendly and immediately instilled in us the confidence that they were right for our project.
Our home is over 100 years old and has many obvious (and hidden!) structural problems, but Rod and Mark got us over each hurdle and in the end we are very pleased with the results. It was definitely worth all the mess and disruption that such a job entailed. We (and our guests) especially love the kitchen Mark designed.

The project went smoothly in spite of a couple discoveries that had to be dealt with (no wonder in a 100 year old house). The brothers are extremely personable and that really helped us get through a total main floor reno. I would use them again and have recommended their services to others.

It was remarkable how well Mark could visualize the space and design appropriately.

When dealing with “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” staff we found them very punctual and did a fine job on the renovations. However, we did have an unpleasant experience with the sub-contractor who worked on the cabinets, who had damaged our new hardwood floors.

After having Fraser Homes design and renovate my bathroom, I was so pleased and impressed by their work I asked them to design and renovate my whole house. Their professional attitude and diligence are amazing and they are very easy to work with. The two big things I like to tell people about this company is that they take their projects all the way to the end (no smalls details left incomplete) and there will be no surprise billing charges when it is all done.
