We recently experienced water pooling in our shower stall when we showered. The water would eventually go down after the water was shut off, but we quickly realized we had a clogged drain that needed to be snaked. I called 4 different plumbers from Homestars and all of them said they would need to assess the job before giving a quote. I called three other plumbers I saw advertised in the Village Post and they all gave quotes. One of them was Ari from Levstein and Stern who not only came in with the most reasonable quote (by a significant amount) but said he could come the next day (Saturday). He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted. While he was at the house we said we had a similar problem with the sink and he immediately recognized that it was a problem with the drain plug and replaced it immediately (he had a spare part on his truck). Now both the shower and the sink both drain perfectly and we're very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Levstein and Stern to anyone with a plumbing issue. We will be calling Ari Levstein the next time we need a plumber.

We, at Levstein and Stern Plumbing try to accomddate ou customers as best as possible and are always open to scheduling something on a saturday morning. You were the first to call from our village post ad, which had only come out the day before. I couldn't let other plumbing issues that I noticed in the bathroom go without mentioning them and offering a quick repair while you already had me there.
