I have used Alarm Force for over 7 years now. I have been totally satisfied. I do find replacing the batteries in the sensors very hard to replace, maybe they will have a new design soon.

Excellent service provided from AlarmForce customer service!!! My ALARMVOICE system was not working, couldn't hear a voice when opening the channel(any door) , so I called the AlarmForce customer service, the rep. was very nice to help me reset the system and fix all the issues in a very short time, wonderful!!!

Just installed the alarm today. The technician was on time, explained everything, helped me setup my phone app to control the alarm and suggested locations for the alarm sensors. Called tech support to ask a question, got an answer right away. All in all, very happy with my choice so far.

As an officer I am pleased with Alarm Force, I have had the pleasure of dealing with their alarm dispatchers on many occasions. This experience led me to install a system in my own home and they've always been very helpful. I would recommend Alarm Force if you're looking, it's a small price to pay for an electronic guard!

Excellent service was provided today by the Alarm Force customer service rep. He took the time to explain my options and scheduled a free service call based on my availability. I have been very satisfied with Alarm Force since signing on with them many years ago.

I needed my system tested and batteries replaced. The teck guy Shan was extremely helpful and offered some great advice. Their teck support is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just had the alarm system installed at home by AlarmForce and I really like the service provided. It was fast, simple. The technician and customer service guys were amazing, very friendly. Very happy with it.

I needed service on the system due to renovations in my house. They are very efficient and fixed one issue over the phone. The onsite service call will be completed within 24 hours. This was not an emergency situation. I have been with Alarm Force since 2010 and have always received superior service.

I highly do not recommend this alarm company. The sales representative was very hard to reach after the install. He did not respond to phone calls, messages or even emails. He made numerous mistakes on my contract such as entering my name incorrectly, entering my address, phone numbers etc incorrectly. He even entered the incorrect billing information that prevented Alarmforce from removing their monthly monitoring fees. It is near to impossible to speak to a pleasant person in customer service. their processing department is unreachable by the general public and you're hard pressed to find a customer service rep who actually takes the time to contact them to confirm that they do have your correct payment information on file. They are incredibly rude and dismissive. It took me two months to resolve this problem of monitoring fees not being paid at no fault of my own. I was told I will receive a letter of apology. I am not holding my breath to receive this since so far this company has not honored anything that they promise. The only thing that is keeping me with the company presently is the 3 year contract. If not for that I will have disconnected my alarm service already and gone to a new provider. An absolutely terrible alarm company who does not care about its customers!
