I highly do not recommend this alarm company. The sales representative was very hard to reach after the install. He did not respond to phone calls, messages or even emails. He made numerous mistakes on my contract such as entering my name incorrectly, entering my address, phone numbers etc incorrectly. He even entered the incorrect billing information that prevented Alarmforce from removing their monthly monitoring fees. It is near to impossible to speak to a pleasant person in customer service. their processing department is unreachable by the general public and you're hard pressed to find a customer service rep who actually takes the time to contact them to confirm that they do have your correct payment information on file. They are incredibly rude and dismissive. It took me two months to resolve this problem of monitoring fees not being paid at no fault of my own. I was told I will receive a letter of apology. I am not holding my breath to receive this since so far this company has not honored anything that they promise. The only thing that is keeping me with the company presently is the 3 year contract. If not for that I will have disconnected my alarm service already and gone to a new provider. An absolutely terrible alarm company who does not care about its customers!
