We have been a long standing customer for years and they recently upgraded our system no charge to the latest and greatest system. Did I mention at no charge? Craig our technician was very helpful showing us how to use the system properly and we are happy that the system can even function with our 2 dogs (one is a greyhound - so he is a big boy). Thank you for keeping us safe - AlarmForce!

I am so pleased with Alarmforce on many levels. First, they introduced me to the wireless option (my old company was going to cut holes in my floor for their cables! Not! ), then they installed everything in a timely, and friendly manner. And when I had an issue with the battery, the Customer Service Rep was so friendly and helpful. I am so pleased that a technician helped me with my issue. Their customer service really makes a difference!

Had the system installed several weeks before going on an extended vacation. It did not work properly. Had the installer back twice. The second time we were away and had to arrange for someone to meet him. The fact he only comes to our area on Fridays caused a problem. Got home from holidays and the alarm went off because the codes had been changed. Called and complained about this problem and to change the credit card used for payment. Gave the individual on the phone the new credit card number and he gave us a month credit for all the inconvenience. Did not receive the credit and the charge went to the old cancelled card. Called back and found the card number had never been changed and got the credit again . As far as the system itself, all is well and we are quite happy with it.

Called Alarm force to upgrade my package and was greatly satisfied with there almost free upgrade with a 3 year term contract renewal, I've been very happy with there service for the past 3 years and they delivered with a new upgraded package.....customer service was very helpful.....highly recommended!

Never had any problems with Alarm Force since dealing with them for 8 years. They answer my questions and able to help every time I call. So far no complaints. Thanks for your excellent service.

I have had a very pleasurable experience with Alarm Force since I signed up 3 years ago , they were recommended to me & I have passed along my recommendations. The staff are always helpful, courteous and very accommodating .

I have been with this company for 15 years and I have never had any trouble. Recently when I needed to change some accounts, I was looked after quickly and efficiently. I was even emailed instructions on how I can change things whenever I want. Thanks so much.

Great staff and service.
The actual product they provide is really poor.

Wireless unit intermittently does not connect with door sensor 30 ft away. Unit has to be stored in a cupboard which essentially nullifies the loudness of the device. To talk to the monitoring station through the unit I have to open the cupboard door. Mickey Mouse.

I've been happy with the service provided by Alarmforce. The custormer service is excellent. I asked the customer loyality person to contact me at certain specific time, I was contacted on time and the person was quite professional in her approach.
