Terriable! DO NOT USE THEM! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Terrible! Customer service and products! Convinced me to add video surveillance so I got that installed for an extra $150 installation plus $20 more per month. They never told me video only records 1000 clips per month, you also need to adjust the cameras and make them less sensitive so they record less...hello...I want everything recorded that's why I am paying $60/month! Within 7 days the front doorbell camera doesn't even work-called It to trouble shoot and they were rude and said they cannot fix it and need to send a tech out- 3 days later. and the FD Camera is blinking like crazy until then? really? Then finding the front door camera only works when pressed...I can make it more sensitive but you don't want to go over 1000 clips a month....like these guys are ridiculous! Also, must add, the doorbell camera is very unattractive and ugly-what keeps people from putting their hand over it also? the back camera is larger than I thought but at least it is in the air so people need to make an effort to knock it down- however....that doesn't seem that hard to do!

Appears Loyalty Does not Count

Thinking about cutting our landline and use cellular phones only. Contacted Alarmforce to get information about cellular. Was transferred to Tech Support whereby informed all Alarmforces products now cellular. Even though I've been a loyal customer since Nov. 16/2012, was told I would have to get a whole new system at $29.95 and sign a three year contact. Additionally I would have to pay for the added items I presently have as not compatibile with new system, 1 keypad, 2 door sensors, 1 motion detector as for $156 bucks! In other words as if I was some new smuck calling for the first time! Anyway final call loyalty department next day and was resolved. But I was also told Alarmforce sometime in future was going to contact present customers and have them change over/upgrade to newer equipment. Based on what I was initially told I would the would have to start right from scratch, what incentive is Alarmforce giving to have existing customer upgrade. If Alarmforce had called me to upgrade, with no incentiving to do so I would tell no thanks, happy with system I have now. Not much loyality here! To sum up, Sherry for Loyality did an excellent in meeting my needs and I thank her, but I worry about other loyal customers.

Upgrade Alarm System

Recently cancelled my landline so alarm system needed to be converted to cell phone access. Our reps were all very helpful and set everything up to have new system installed at no cost. Great customer service every time I have called.

Alarm Force - Home Alarm System

Good response time for technical and sales support, strong customer service. Each time I have needed support, I have had my issues fully resolved. I am more than satisfied with our Alarm Force security system and service/support we have received.

Alarm Upgrade

I have been a satisfied customer with Alarm Force for 10 years. I recently upgraded to a newer service that includes an app to access my alarm and get notifications as well am on their new GSM system for added security. I was very pleased with their customer service and willingness to accommodate my questions and assemble a package that suits my budget and security requirements. I would highly recommend Alarm Force for many of the reasons mentioned above. A plus service!!!

Upgrade alarm system

We recently cancelled our phone land line and converted to a cell phone and our alarm system had to be converted to a cell phone access. Our rep at Alarm Force was very helpful and courteous and told us exactly what we had to do to upgrade to the new system.
It was seamless and flawless.

Great Service

We recently moved from Edmonton to Regina, SK and requested to move our system with us. Our tech, Keith was really friendly and knowledgeable. We feel set up to use our system to its fullest!

alarm force technical support

We changed our Internet modem recently and our communication between the modem and the mobile App stopped. Tyler quickly identified the issue and connected the dots for me!! He was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in terms that I could understand. He also took the time to explain some of the new products and land line free options now available. Great guy on the phone, very respectful, very personable, a pleasure to speak to. Some of the kids on the phone these days could learn a thing or two from Tyler. Thanks so much.

Home Alarm

Have used Alarm Force for many years, with a recent move called Anson and received great advice on my changing security needs. Anson was knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was made to set up the new system- loved the service!
