I've been a customer for over four years and unfortunately I learned the benefit of the 2 way voice system first hand when my home was burglarized a few years ago. Having the voice over led to them leaving sooner and taking less. However, I recently moved and I was disappointed to hear that I had to pay more to move my older service than what was advertised online for a new service. Having a loyal customer pay more is not a sign of customer appreciation.

Hello NikKi,
There is no cost associated with relocating your AlarmForce system as long as your new home is similarly setup. That is, if your current system requires a land line and your new address does not have a land line then you would have to upgrade your service to a cellular alarm system. A cellular alarm system will still allow for the live two way communication with our Central Station.
