Worst alarm system and couldn't care less about customers
First of all let me say that it took sometime for me to actually sit, take the time and write in short my story dealing with Alarm Force, but I will let you be the judge. I do want everyone to know that the last thing I want is to trash this company but I got enough.
I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years, recently I called in with an issue that we have now for over two months. The gentleman that we spoke to, was not only rude but helpless and actually annoyed by my call, I get it, I only pay $45 a month, but no, service is service, and I was asked to signed a contract for equipment and service.
Now, the equipment is faulty, doesn't work, the service is horrible, and you really expect me after two months without alarm at my shop when I AM PAYING to be cool about this?
To any one reading , you be the judge, do some research before committing with Alarm Force.
