Worst customer service ever. Have been trying to cancel for 2 months and have had no luck having the email cancellation confirmed. Meanwhile, I learn that even after doing everything that I should do as a responsible customer, I am somehow expected to just hand them two more months of service charges for services that I no longer enjoy. I have been with this company for 5 years, and I have referred them to family and friends who now have their service. I will never again recommend this company to anyone. Times are too hard to inexplicably pay Alarmforce money that it hasn't earned!
