AlarmForce

I was with AlamForce for more than 3 years with no problem, because It did not happen that someone intrude into my house. Once it happened, the service was extremely terrible.
I got a call from AlarmForce that they had received a single signal from my backdoor. The operator was keeping implying me that this might be a false alarm. When I insisted on dispatching police to my house, they said that they are sending their security guys there first. It took 50 minutes and they were still keeping telling me that they had not yet heard from their security men. So I called my neighbor and asked to see what is happening in my hose. He called me back and told me that some intruders had broken into my house. The AlarmForce agents were still calling me and saying that they had heard nothing yet, although policemen with their dogs were walking in my house and I had motion detectors in many spots. When I called them back, the operator was very very rude and refrained to explain to me that if the motion detectors had worked, why they said it might be false alarm? and if they did not work, WHY? Also why it took a long time and no one attended there or if they did, why they did nothing????
Finally the guy online told me rudely that he had not any more explanation although I did not get my answers. This company did not work for me at all. NOT RECOMMENDED
